这几年，青少年近视加剧。每天学习用眼，不是挑灯夜战，就是抓紧一切时间走路学习等，再者，就是因为当今的科技太发达了，同学们太“热爱”上网了，成为真正的网民了。其实，我就是其中的受害者。“呀，我家有电脑了！我一定要痛痛快快的玩一场。”
记得，这是我家刚有电脑的时候，我别提多激动了。每天，只要一写完作业，就开始上网，打打游戏，看看歌词，浏览网页……真是快活极了。日复一日，时间久了，我的视线渐渐模糊了，这可不是像电视剧上演的那样，感动的哭了，我是看不清东西了！不过，我也不像广告上说的，得白内障了，朋友们放心吧，没那么严重。呵呵，我混上了眼镜，成为同学眼中的四眼妹了，以前是我经常嘲笑别人，现在换成别人嘲笑我了，哎，老天真是公平啊。
我真是懊恼死了，为什么当时不听家人的劝告呢？哎，我又能怪得上谁呢？照照镜子，仔细瞧瞧，真是难看死了。妈妈看到我的表情，故意说：“呀，这是谁呀，这么漂亮，早知如此，何必当初呢。”“老妈，你就不要损我了嘛，我已经知道错了，你以为我现在心里高兴啊？！”我立即反驳妈妈。现在，我看到电脑，就气的这跺脚，真是害死人不偿命啊！虽然说得有点过了，但也解不了我的心头之恨呀。
有时，老师布置的作业不得不用上电脑，我才勉为其难的轻蔑的“扫描”它几眼，心里头暗下决心，绝不多看！如果“工作量”大的话，我看半个小时就会冲可爱的小草微笑一下，愣上一愣。
嘻嘻……现在我可爱护我的眼睛了，它可是我的心灵小窗口哦！同学们，下课要按时做眼保健操，多看看绿色的东西，像树啊、草啊有利于我们眼的放松，多眺望远处也可以缓解眼疲劳。
我们正处于生长发育的阶段，除了多吃一些蛋白质、脂肪多的食物之外，还要多吃含维生素多的食物，特别是维生素c，多吃蔬菜是一个很好的选择哦！当然，还有很多很多预防方法，我在此说上一说，只是想提醒一下广大朋友们。
