托福口语task2能采用两边倒结构吗
对于托福口语，中国考生向来是被认为口语比较差的。但是同学们也不能因此灰心。了解不同题型的答题方法，对于考试也是很有帮助的。那么今天就和我爱学习网来看看托福口语task2能采用两边倒结构吗？
托福口语要想取得开门红，首先要在Task 1 & Task 2 这两题上赢得头彩。实际教学中，如图所示的Task2“一边倒”的答题结构被广泛使用。
然而，学生在遇到选项难以取舍的题目（如下）时，经常会有这样的疑问：可以持中立观点吗？
Do you prefer a job that offers a high salary or a job with more pleasure？
To be successful in sport， which is moreimportant？ Talent or hard work？（2015. 8.30）
Which course do you think schools should offer to students？ Language courses orcomputer courses？ （2015.11.15）
Some people prefer to watch entertainment programs on television. Others prefer to watch educational programs. Which do you prefer？ （2016. 8.20）
不难看出，上面的几题Task 2 给出的两个选项都有各自优点，持中立观点是较容易想到的方法。那么Task 2两边倒这种让考生答题时“想爱又不敢爱”的方法是可行的吗？让我们来一步步揭开它的“神秘面纱”。
以官方指南Practice Test 1 Task 2为例：
Somecollege students choose to take courses in a variety of subject areas in order to get a broad rs choose to focus ona single subject area in order to have a deeper understanding of that area. Which approach to course selection do you think is better for students and why？
书中给出的High level response是这样回答的：
丨总观点：视情况而定。
This is kind of a complicated question. I think it’s important to know which stage you are in.
分论点1：如果是本科生，学习广度更重要。
If you are an undergraduate student， I wouldrather take a wide range and a wide variety of subjects in different areas，because it would expand my knowledge and improve my understanding for different topics.
分论点2：如果是研究生，学习深度更重要。
On the other hand， if I am a graduate student，I would rather take specific courses， because when you are a graduate student，you are working and dealing with specific topics. Therefore you have to …
考官对此答案的点评包括以下几点：（具体点评见官方指南P323） 、
由此可以得出，以两边倒的方式回答Task 2 是完全可行的。优点是答题方式新颖，考生回答全面并且能较好体现自身的辩证思维能力。
我们用上面提到的一道题目具体讲解：
Some people prefer to watch entertainment programs on TV. Others prefer to watch educational programs. Which do you prefer？ （2016.8.20）
这里我们分别说看娱乐节目和教育类节目的好处。很容易想到，娱乐节目可以帮助减压，而教育类节目可以帮助我们获取信息。另外，需要注意的是引出第二个观点时，我们要用比如as for/ in terms of/ concerning about或者 however，on the other hand…这样的连接词进行过渡。具体可以这样说：
丨总观点：视情况而定。
Actually it really depends on different situations.
分论点1：如果学习累了要减压，看娱乐节目。
If I feel stressed out about my study，I might choose to watch entertainment programs， like talk shows or TV series. For example，I am a huge fan of Ellen Show. When I watch this show， I could have a temporary escape from my academic tasks， like papers and presentations and I would feelmore relaxed.
分论点2：如果要获取学习信息，看教育类节目。
However， when I want to finish my school assignment based on a show， educational program would be a better month I had trouble writing my biology paper. After watching several episodes of Discovery， I got a better understanding of some animal species because the program provided me with a more vivid and detailed description.
这里我们采取中立观点，分别讲述娱乐类节目和教育类节目的好处。
走完以上两步，有同学已经胸有成竹“大方爱”两边倒结构了。慢着，我们今天的“探索神秘之旅”还有最后一步：
官方指南上明确指出：
“If you want to talk about the advantages or disadvantages of both options and say they are equally good， that is permissible. However， it might be more difficult for you to finish discussing both options in the time allowed. “
不难看出，“两边倒”的答题结构是完全可以的，但是要建立在学生扎实的语言基础之上，这样考生才可以在有限的时间里全面地回答两个方面。
因此，同学们还是要从基本功做起，基础打扎实，这样在答题方法的选择上可以更加灵活，也可以在练习的过程中加强自己的辩证思维能力。
