Making Payments On Time
Students enrolled at RWTH Aachen must re-register before the start of everysemester, so that they can continue your studies. Please transfer the semesterfee on time. You will automatically receive a reminder e-mail to your RWTHaddress about the necessary payment at the beginning of the re-registrationperiod. The e-mail includes details on the deadline for re-registration, thestudent body and social contribution fees, banking details, etc.

注册亚琛工业大学的学生必须在每个学期开始之前重新注册，才能继续他们的学业。请及时将学费转入账号。在重新注册的开始阶段，你的亚琛工业大学邮箱会自动收到支付提醒。你会收到含有重新注册截止日期、学生团体和社会贡献费、银行业务明细等信息的邮件。
How Do I Re-Register?
By paying the semester fees on time, you officially submit your request tocontinue your studies. The amount has to be received by RWTH Aachen by the endof the re-registration period, i.e. the value date of your bank transfer has toprior to - and including - the last day of the registration period.
及时支付学费，代表你正式提交继续学业要求。必须在重新注册结束之前将学费交至亚琛工业大学，也就是说，银行转账的生效日期必须不晚于重新注册的最后日期。
If the fee is received after the above deadline, you will have to pay ahandling fee for late enrolment.
You are officially re-enrolled after the University has received payment ofyour semester fee and was able to identify you as the payer. To facilitateidentification, please use the payment reference given in CAMPUS Office when youinitiate the bank transfer .
如果学费在截止日期之后才交到学校，则需要支付迟到注册的手续费。
学校收到学费并鉴定你为付款人之后，你就算正式重新注册了。为了方便学校鉴定，转账的时候请参照校园办公室的支付说明。
Using CAMPUS Office, you can check your status – whether you have beenre-registered or not – under “Rückmelden und Bezahlen.” If your status is“re-enrolled,” you can download your certificate of enrollment under“Bescheinigungen.”
使用校园办公室，你可以在Rückmelden undBezahlen一栏下核实状态，核实自己是否已经重新注册。如果状态显示为“re-enrolled”(已重新注册)，你就可以在Bescheinigungen一栏中下载注册证明了。
Please make sure that the fee of 252,41 euros is received in the RWTHAachen account no later than March 1, 2017, and that you entered the appropriateinformation in the reference field.Re-Enrollment for Summer Semester 2017

Re-Enrollment Ban
If you are debarred from re-enrolling, possibly due to not having paid yourinsurance or University Library fees, you will be notified in due course.

Re-Enrollment Ban for Exchange Students
The re-enrollment process for exchange students is identical to that ofregular students at the University. There is one exception for students who staylonger at RWTH Aachen than originally planned, i.e. who extend their stay byanother semester: by default, these students are initially debarred fromre-enrollment. If you are an exchange student who wants to to apply for anextension of your stay, the Departmental Coordinator of your faculty must agreeto notify the International Office of your intention to extend your stay. Thisnotification is required for every semester that you wish extend your stay atRWTH Aachen.

As soon as this notification is received by the International Office, yourre-enrollment is possible. Please contact your departmental adviser on time sothat you can re-enroll on time. If you have any questions on this process,please contact the International Office.

Semester Fee Amount
You can use Campus Office to find out which current semester fee you needto pay. To find out what payment details you need to individually note, so thatthe payment entry is automatically connected to your matriculation number, lookin your personal account under "Studierendensekretariat" (Registrar's Office)under "Rückmelden und Bezahlen" (Re-enrollment and Payment).
