Cases in which students are exempted from paying admission fee: a) studentswho graduated from Waseda University Undergraduate Schools, b) students thatwere previously enrolled at a Waseda University Graduate School (in which casethe admission fee has already been paid)
Students who graduated from the School of Social Sciences are not requiredto pay academic society enrollment fee.
In principle, payment of Waseda University school fees is carried out bybank account transfer. The date for the account transfer of the spring semesteris May 1. From the second year, the date for the account transfer for the fallsemester is October 1. Payments can also be carried out using a payment slip. Ifpaying through a payment slip, the deadline is October 1 for the fall semesterand April 15 for the spring semester.
When enrolling in designated courses offered by other graduate schools orcenters, other fees (such as field work fees, etc.) may be requiredseparately.
If the status of a student is deemed to have been forfeited prior tocompletion of studies as a result of non-payment of school fees, the student inquestion shall be dismissed and shall be considered to have withdrawn from thegraduate school at the end of the last semester for which tuition fees werepaid. If a student knows in advance that tuition fees will not be paid by thespecified date, he or she is requested to consult with the school office.

请注意：
豁免支付入学费用的学生：a)从早稻田大学本科学院毕业的学生;b)之前在早稻田大学研究生学院注册登记的学生(在这种情况下，入学费用是已经支付了的)。
原则上来说，需要通过银行转账来支付早稻田大学费用。春季学期的转账时间是5月1日。从第二年开始，秋季学期的转账时间是10月1日。另外，也可以使用支出传票来支付费用。如果通过支出传票支付的话，秋季学期的支付截止时间是10月1日，春季学期的截止时间是4月15日。
在登记其他研究生学院或者中心提供的指定课程的时候，可能需要单独支付其他费用(例如实地研究费用等等)。
如果在完成学习之前，学生的学生状态因为未支付学校费用而丧失的话，这样的学生将会被退学，并且将会从学费支付的最后一个学期结束之后从研究生学院退学。如果学生预先知道自己不能够在规定时间支付学费的话，应该联系学校办公室。
