Kobe University is conducting intensive exchanges for education andresearch with partner universities and institutions overseas, which enrich theacademic environment on campus. Kobe University has currently 317 partnerinstitutions in 56 countries/regions. Among these are student exchangeagreements with 196 institutions in 41 countries/regions, which are made up of“Inter-University Student Exchange Agreement” and “Inter-Faculty StudentExchange Agreement”.
神户大学与伙伴大学和海外机构有教育和研究方面的密集的交换，这些交换丰富了神户大学校园的学术环境。神户大学目前有317个伙伴大学，分布于56个国家和地区。其中，与41个国家和地区的196个机构有学生交换协议，协议又分为“大学间学生交换协议”和“院系间学生交换协议”。
Inter-University Student Exchange Agreement
Inter-University Student Exchange Agreement aims at university-wideexchange of students. Students of the following institutions are welcome tostudy at Kobe University under the Inter-University Student ExchangeProgram.
大学间学生交换协议旨在大学范围内进行学生交换。神户大学欢迎以下机构的学生参加学校的大学间交换生项目学习。

Eligibility
The following are the qualifications and conditions for exchange studentsaccording to the Memorandum of Understanding on Student Exchange between thestudents’ home universities and Kobe University:
1. Students must be enrolled in their home university as a full-timeundergraduate or graduate student, and be aiming to receive a degree from theirhome university after completing exchange study at Kobe University.Undergraduate students must have completed at least one year of undergraduatestudy at their home university at the time of coming to Kobe University.
2. The purpose of study abroad must be clear and concrete, so that we canexpect good results from their studies and research at Kobe University.
3. Students must possess sufficient Japanese-language ability to understandclasses and engage in academic research in Japanese (the equivalent of JLPT N1is recommended). However, this condition does not apply if the student does notintend to carry out their education and research activities in Japanese.
4. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale for theircompleted undergraduate study at their home university.
5. Students should have the basic knowledge and skills required for theclasses they wish to take or research they plan to conduct at KobeUniversity.
6. Students are expected to maintain good relationships with local studentsand faculty members of Kobe University and its neighboring community. At thesame time, they are encouraged to contribute to the development of continuedexchange between Kobe University and their home university after their study atKobe University.
申请资格
根据学生本国大学和神户大学之间的学生交换理解契约书，交换生入学要满足以下资格条件：
1.学生必须为本国大学的全日制本科生或研究生，必须在完成神户大学交换学习之后拿到本国大学授予的学位。本科生在来神户大学的时候必须已经完成至少一年的本科学习;
2.学生的海外学习目的必须清晰、具体，以便学校期望学生从神户大学的学习和研究中获得好的成绩;
3.学生必须具备足够的日语能力，能够理解课堂内容，参与日语学术研究(建议通过日语能力N1级考试)。但是，如果学生不学习日语课程、不从事日语研究活动，则没有这项要求;
4.学生在本国大学的已完成的本科学习平均成绩必须在3.0及及以上(最高4.0);
6.学生要和神户大学当地学生、教职工以及临近社区保持良好关系。同时，学校鼓励学生在完成在神户大学的学习之后继续为神户大学和本国大学之间的学生交换作贡献。
