大阪府立大学校园服务

Healthcare Service
1.医疗服务
Annual Check up
The Healthcare Center provides the medical check up for university studentsevery April. All the students are required to take the examination. For detailedinformation, please check the international students’ bulletin board . If youare unable to take the check up on the specified date, inform the staff inadvance.
每年体检
医疗中心每年四月为大阪府立大学学生提供医疗体检。所有学生需要参加体检。详情请核实国际学生布告牌。如果不能在指定日期参加体检，要提前告知相关人员。
Health Counseling
The university clinic provides free consultation service for students’physical and mental health and first-aid treatment. As a general rule, theservice is available by appointment.
健康咨询
学校的诊所为学生提供身体健康、精神健康和急救相关咨询服务，服务免费。原则上，服务需要预约。
National Health Insurance
All the international students including their family members living inJapan for over three months are required to have National Health Insurance(NHI): the NHI policy holder shall pay 30% of the medical cost incurred, and therest (70%) shall be covered by the insurance. Those whose income is lower than acertain income line are eligible for partial waiver of the premium. Please visitthe National Health Insurance Section of your local municipal office for theenrollment and detailed information.
国民医疗保险
所有住在日本超过三个月的国际学生及其家人，都需要购买国民医疗保险：投保人支付30%的医疗费，70%由保险公司支付。收入低于特定水平的人员可以减免部分保费。请访问市政办公室国民医疗保险部门网站，了解注册详情。
National Pension
If you are over 20 years old, you must join the National Pension Fund,regardless of your intended period of stay in Japan. Please visit the NationalPension Section of your local municipal office for joining this program.
If your income is considered to be less than a pre-determined income level,your insurance fee may be waived.
If a member of the National Pension Fund becomes disabled or deceased, themember could collect the National Pension if their necessary requirements aresatisfied.
国民年金制度
年龄在20岁以上的，无论计划在日本带多久，都需要参加国民年金基金会。请访问当地市政办公室国民年金部门网站，加入该项目。
收入低于预计收入的，可以减免保费。
国民年级基金会成员身残或死亡的，如果满足要求，可以募捐民国年金。
University Injury and Accident Insurance (Gakkensai)
When a student is physically injured in an accident during classes, breaktime, research, experiment or extracurricular activities and see a doctor asdirected by the university, part or all of the cost incurred on the first visit(except hospitalization expenses) will be covered by the insurance. All studentsare advised to take out an insurance policy.
伤害险和事故险
课堂、休息、研究、做实验或课外活动期间身体受伤并且看学校医生的，首次看医生可以减免部分或全部(不包括治疗费用)发生成本。建议所有学生投保。
Free Medical Consultation in Various Languages
Free medical consultation is available in English, Chinese, Thai,Portuguese, Spanish and Korean.

International Office

The International Office is located in the OPU International House (I-wingNakamozu) and its mission is facilitating international activities such asfurther globalization of the campus, international exchange student programs,conclusions of the international partnership agreement with the overseasuniversities and institutions, etc.

Incoming and outgoing exchange program
Various International exchange activities for OPU students (InternationalFriendship Party, Japanese language speech contest, etc.)
Students are always welcome to talk to the staff members at theInternational Office, voicing their concerns or asking any questions about theirconcerns and questions about on & off campus lives.

Tutor
A Japanese graduate student is assigned by the university as a tutor for aninternational student with academic difficulties for the first six months or oneyear. Please make a request through your advisor or academic advisor.
Advisor
Each student has a professor assigned as his/her advisor for counselingpurposes. For a graduate student or a research student, their academicsupervisors will be their advisors.
Information service for foreign residents
Helpful information and advice for foreign residents are available in ninelanguages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese,Filipino and Thai.
辅导
学校安排日本研究生给国际学生做辅导，帮助学生解决学业上的困难;辅导期限为刚入学的半年或一年。请向顾问或学术顾问提要求。
顾问
每个学生分配有一名教授做顾问，教授负责为学生提供咨询。对于研究生或研究型学生，他们的学术指导老师就是他们的顾问。
