*2 Payment is acceptable in two installments for (B), (C), and (D)
*3 Students who took the special entrance examination for internationalstudents are not required to pay the Membership Fee of PLA.
In case siblings are attending during the same academic year, MembershipFee of PLA is required for one student.
*4 (F) includes (A), (E), and 50% of (B), (C), and (D).
