Located in the nearby suburb of Parnell and on grounds adjacent to thebeautiful Auckland Domain and the Auckland Museum, Parnell Student Village ishome to 91 students each year and has a life of its own.

About the residence
Parnell Student Village is a 2-storey and 3-storey timber clad complex,consisting of 18 fully-furnished flats, each with their own bathroom. There are4 four-bedroom, 11 five-bedroom, 2 six-bedroom and 1 eight bedroom flatsavailable.
The Accommodation Management team which consists of the Area Manager, AreaAdministrator, Area Officer and Resident Advisors provide personal supportthroughout your stay and arrange a number of social and recreational activitiesduring the year. Our Resident Advisors all live on-site to ensure you have aduty person available 24 hours a day.
The reception services are provided at nearby Carlaw Park StudentVillage.

Every flat comes furnished with bedroom, kitchen and lounge room furnitureand has wireless internet connection.
You will need to provide your own linen and towels, however a linen packcan be purchased from the residence prior to your arrival.
The cost of power, water, internet and recreation centre membership isincluded in the fees.
