A collection of self-catered flats located on the Grafton Campus, and hometo 44 undergraduate and postgraduate students each year.

About the residence
Grafton Student Flats is comprised of three stand-alone residences, with acombination of single and twinshare bedrooms. Flats are comfortably furnishedwith lounge, kitchen and dining spaces and is within an easy walking distance ofthe Grafton and City Campuses.
The Accommodation Management team which consists of the Area Manager, AreaAdministrator, Area Officer and Resident Advisors provide personal supportthroughout your stay and arrange a number of social and recreational activitiesduring the year. Our Resident Advisors all live on-site to ensure you have aduty person available 24 hours a day.

Every flat comes furnished with bedroom, kitchen and lounge room furnitureand has wireless internet connection.
You will need to provide your own linen and towels, however a linen packcan be purchased from the residence prior to your arrival.
The cost of power, water, internet and recreation centre membership isincluded in the fees.
