University halls of residence
Both regular and exchange students are eligible to apply for accommodationin a university hall of residence. You can also choose to live in private hallsof residence, or in your own flat or flatshare.
常规学生和交换生都可以申请大学宿舍住宿。你也可以选择生活在私人居民楼，或者你自己的(共享)公寓。
CROUS accomodation service
CROUS is a regional organisation providing students with a wide range ofservices including bursaries, accommodation or catering.
CROUS offers 5 309 rooms, studio flats and 1-bedroom flats designed forsmall budgets with basic comfort. Rent prices start from €164/month.
If you are registered as a regular student, you should apply online viathis website between January 15 and May 31.
If you are an exchange student, you should apply for accommodation whilecompleting your online application to University.
You will receive an answer in July. Rooms may still be available after thedeadline and during the academic year. Please contact the CROUS InternationalRelations Office for more information.
→ Paying your rent
You must pay your rent between the 1st and 10th of each month. You can payby credit card, cash or check affiliated with a French bank.
→ Moving in
Upon arrival, you will have to pay one month's rent plus a deposit(equivalent to one month's rent as well). You can collect the keys to your roomat the reception desk of your hall of residence upon your arrival. The desk isopen 24/7.
