1.Surrey Merit Scholarship
Our merit-based scholarship provides a £2,000 cash award and membership ofSurrey Sports Park for the first year of study for eligible direct-entryUndergraduate students in the following subjects:

The University will identify eligible students, so there is no applicationform for this scheme.

Eligibility criteria:
To qualify for the Surrey Merit Scholarship, students must achieve thefollowing grades in one sitting:
A*AA at A-Level (excluding General Studies or Critical Thinking) or
38 points in the International Baccalaureate or
Distinction*, Distinction*, Distinction in the BTEC QCF Extended Diplomaor
AAAAA in Scottish Highers plus AA in Scottish Advanced Highers in relevantsubjects or
A1A1A2A2A2A2 in Irish Highers or
D3, D3, D3 in the principle subjects in the Cambridge Pre-U
The scholarship is open to UK/EU students who achieve the required gradesin the qualifications listed above only, no other equivalent qualification willbe considered for UK/EU students. International students with other overseasqualifications may be eligible.
The scholarship is open to UK, EU and International students who selectSurrey as their firm choice no later than 20 July 2017 and are paying the full£9,250 fees (UK/EU) or above (International students).
International students who are being sponsored are not eligible. Thesescholarships are not available to students in receipt of another scholarshipfrom the University.
Note: If eligible, a student can also, however, hold a Full Surrey Award(means-tested bursary) in conjunction with this scholarship.
Payment of the award will be made in equal instalments direct to eligiblestudents’ bank accounts in December and March following entry.

受到赞助的国际生不符合条件。荣誉奖学金不颁发给获得萨里大学其他奖学金的学生。

The Jason Prior Scholarship is now open to receive applications fromUndergraduate students applying to study the following subjects in 2017:

Business Economics
Economics and Mathematics
Politics and Economics
The Jason Prior Scholarship provides £3,000 a year for three years and tobe eligible you must meet the following criteria;
Achieve A*AA at A level (or equivalent, excluding General Studies andCritical Thinking) and select Surrey as your first choice
You must be a UK or EU student and must be paying the full tuition fees
One scholarship will be awarded on a competitive basis. The Scholarshipwill provide £3,000 a year for 3 years depending on maintaining a minimum levelof 2.1 throughout your studies.
The application deadline is the 8 September 2017. Applicants will benotified of the decision at the start of the academic year.
Students can receive the Jason Prior Scholarship in addition to aUniversity Sports Scholarship as well as any other bursary, prize and award forwhich they are eligible, if successful.

All Major/Minor degree options that include German
The David Ebsworth Scholarship provides £4,000 a year for four years and tobe eligible you must meet the following criteria;
Achieve AAB at A level (or equivalent*) and select Surrey as your firstchoice
Financial need may be taken in to consideration
The student must maintain a minimum level of 2:1 throughout theirstudies
The application deadline is the 10th May 2017. Students will be advised ofthe outcome of their application following confirmation of their A Level resultsand place at Surrey.
Students can receive the David Ebsworth Scholarship in addition to aUniversity Sports Scholarship as well as any other bursary, prize and award forwhich they are eligible, if successful.
*Equivalent grades are as follows:
AAB at A-Level (excluding General Studies or Critical Thinking) or 35points in the International Baccalaureate or DDD in the BTEC (QCF level 3)Extended Diploma or 75% in the European Baccalaureate.
大卫 Ebsworth 奖学金目前开放，接受申请学习2017年以下学科的本科生的申请：

4.Organ and Choral Scholarships at Saint Nicolas
Saint Nicolas管风琴合唱奖学金
St Nicolas church in Guildford is now pleased to offer up to fourScholarships every year (three choral scholarships and one organ scholarship).Each scholarship is worth at least £750 per annum. The church is a warm, livingplace of prayer and enjoys a close partnership with the other town centrechurches.
This is a new venture for the church and we are very pleased to be workingin conjunction with students at the University of Surrey. There is a small choirat present but we hope now to build on this and, with the support of thescholars, recruit more members and start up a junior choir with Choristers.
The role of the scholar would be to sing/play at the weekly Sunday morningEucharist in addition to a Choral Evensong (once a month) and very occasionalweekday evening services (festivals). There is currently one choir practice perweek which takes place on Fridays evening at 7.15pm for approximately one hourand the option afterwards for some drinks out.
Our Scholarships are available to organists and singers (sopranos,counter-tenors, altos, tenors and basses). The purpose of the Organ and ChoralScholarships at St Nicolas is to support the work of the choir and maintain thestandard of music making in the church.
Scholarships are held in conjunction with degree courses (undergraduate orpostgraduate) at the University of Surrey, but we also welcome gap-year scholarsif there was a vacancy. The Scholarships are normally tenable for up to threeyears, subject to a yearly review. All applicants will be subject to an enhancedDBS check.

All students interested in studying MEng or BEng Civil Engineering atSurrey can apply for the scholarship.
