Outdoor activities
1. What do you do in your spare time？
解析：
业余时间呢，我比较喜欢去健身房，现在流行全民健身，我也加入这个大军。
一般我会在周末去，我很享受大汗淋漓的感觉，很痛快，可以帮我赶走坏心情，而且有助于健康，还能保持好的身材呢。
除此之外，我还喜欢唱歌，要么和朋友去KTV，要么自己在家用app唱，有时候能取得好的名次，很开心。唱歌可以释放压力，让人心情愉快。
2. What outdoor activities do you （most） like to do？
解析：
可以说go for a walk，最经济最简单的运动方式，有一句习语，饭后走一走，活到九十九。
而且现在比较流行刷微信步数嘛，可以联系到这里，刷步数看可以调动运动的积极性等。

1. Do you think strict rules are necessary in schools？
解析：
我觉得有必要。严格的校规可以对学生起到警示的作用，也是一种震慑。
因为有可能学生处于青春期，这个年龄段的孩子都比较叛逆，严格的规定是好事儿，可以控制他们，少做一些不好事情，比如欺凌，打架，抽烟等一些不良行为。
但是过于严格可能会起到反作用，还是应该结合心理疏导，正确引导孩子才对，而不是一味执行严格的规则。
2.What kinds of rules do Chinese families have？
解析：
中国家庭的规矩有很多，一般都是有关礼仪的，多数是长辈指定给晚辈的规矩。比如，吃饭不能讲话，有句俗语叫，食不言，寝不语。
吃饭的时候只能在离自己近的盘子里夹菜，不能随便帮人夹菜，不能剩饭等。这些是比较日常的规矩。
再有一些就是比较传统的旧社会的规矩，比如和婚嫁有关，结婚后第三天要回娘家，结婚前一天晚上，夫妻双方不能见面之类的。这些规矩有的还在流传，有的已经被年轻人忽略了，因为一代人又一代人的生活方式。
写作
小作文：地图题
题目：图片上半部分是一个博物馆南半边2008年的图，下半部分是2012年的图，对比这两年的变化。
大作文：

这道题目是大家比较常见的同意与否类题型，我们可以按照该题型的写作框架来进行写作。
首先，开头段背景介绍，引入话题，并且表明自己的观点。我们可以选择同意或者不同意的立场。
接下来，在主体段中我们就需要给出充分的理由来支持论证我们的立场。比如，我们选择同意立场，那么我们就可以说，有钱可以使人更好地满足各种需求，比如各种物质需求，但是精神需求是更为重要的。
帮助别人能够使人从中获得极大的满足感和成就感，获得精神愉悦。而且，帮助别人不仅使自己的人生更有意义，还能收获别人的尊重和认可。
当然，我们也可以持反对立场，比如，并不是只有有钱才能够去帮助别人，并不富裕的人也能够做一些力所能及助人为乐的事，比如旧衣物捐赠、支教等。
或者，个人认为有钱最重要的事情是能够过更舒适的生活，能够更多线下时间陪伴家人等等，言之有理即可。
主体段论证之后需要进行让步并给出总结，综上所述，我同意或者不同意这种观点。
